Amazing product, the sound quality and connectivity is amazing.

Excellent product and price worthy

Liked the display, its great. A little bit pricey for its features though. Sound quality is nice and feels right bass in sound. Only recommened if you need to connect it with security cameras for monitoring home. Apps like Youtube works in browser only, so sometimes resume is not supported. Prime video also works well. Most of the voice commands does not work, as they do in other echo devices.

Being the laziest guy in my family, I look every way to make life as simple as possible. I must say that after getting used to this I could automate most of my daily chores with this guy. With the help of Wipro smart plug i converted my whole media unit say blueray , local cable tv, fire tv etc with voice control for switching between them . I have also connected this to my geezer and some lights. It’s very easy to set calendar and routines with this . Getting daily news, purchasing through Amazon and watching YouTube ( there is not app for YouTube in this;only web YouTube) is very easy through voice control. The inbuild motion camera is welcome feature for making calls and can be used as camera for controlling kids from distance. The camera in this can detect peoples in home and recognise their voice if u taught them to learn our voice. Speakers in this are very loud and crisp with bass.Me 100% satisfied and planning to connect it to security cameras for my house soon. Con- No feature to work without connecting to power, I mean no inbuild battery.

The media could not be loaded. I was really excited to receive this product, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Upon unboxing, I noticed that the product which i had received is defective. [The alexa was not working only the red light was getting blinked and no response on commands ]. For such a highly-rated item, I expected much better quality control. I tried troubleshooting mentioned by customer care for 1hour 15 minutes , but the defect is clearly a manufacturing issue. It’s frustrating to go through the hassle of returning it and waiting for a replacement and later I received the product but even the new product was the same after loggin in again same I contacted the customer care and same they took my 1 hour In chat and call mentioning that there is no refund for the product you need to order a new product so we can replace this new product which i received an hour ago On the positive side, shipping was fast, and the packaging was decent, but that’s about the only thing that went right with this order. I hope this was just a rare faulty unit, but I would urge the seller/manufacturer to look into their quality checks. I’m currently working with Amazon customer service for a resolution, and I hope to get a full refund of my product they have created a ticket and have mentioned it might take 3 days for the ticket to get the resolution here i have mentioned the ticket ID V1532042679 I have attached the photoes and shared the same with customer care agent before via call and email . Hope this review helps everyone #very disappointed

This device is good with sound quality and display and I give it 3 stars for that. But here is the catch, the device is slow, its a slow processor and it takes some real time to follow your instructions. Not that the internet is slow but overall device processor is slow and outdated. It's like Amazon has put in an outdated processor to cut the cost of manufacturing, but Amazon is charging you a premium for it.Secondly it doesn't give you an option of any battery back up. Why in the god's name is battery not an option at a price range of 12k+ pricing.Again cost saving from Amazon but this is a premium priced product.I like it's sound as I do not compare It with any other brand and even the display quality is HD.Among the three options of 5.5inch, 8 inch and 10inch, 8 inch made the most sense as I can use it for home as well as for traveling, while 5.5 inch is less than my mobile screen size and 10 inch is too big to easily carry without a powerback option.Rest there is no option on Amazon so go for 8incb if you are looking to buy and wait for offers. I got it for 11k instead of 14k.An honest reviewer. Thanks for reading.

He uses Alexa to easily ask questions about word meanings and concepts while studying.Since I’ve not given my son a phone, I rely on it for video calls back home when he’s alone, and it also acts as a discreet CCTV, allowing me to check the living room via its camera from anywhere in the world using my iPhone. I’m now planning to purchase another one—both as a second CCTV and for my son’s room. Truly, this has been a game-changer for our family!
