I really like this product. I have been using the Liquid IV for some time to boost my hydration and I like it a lot. But I have trouble with my feet and legs cramping especially at night and enough to wake me up and keep me up. I have been told magnesium would help and when I look at the ingredients list for the Liquid IV magnesium is not there but it is in this product. I have used Gatorade and other powder and tablet water additives but I hate the salty taste. These taste really good and come in a sugar free option - I am diabetic.

Love this variety pack, all of the flavors are great. Good value, love that it is sugar free. Easy to use and mixes and dissolves well.

I bought this specifically for its ingredients, as it includes several nutrients recommended by my doctor—like magnesium, vitamin B6, B12, vitamin C, and more. I was pleasantly surprised by how great it tastes! I usually dissolve one packet in a 1-liter bottle and sip it throughout the day, about every other day. It makes me feel refreshed and truly hydrated.I've noticed that on the days I drink it, I pee less—so it feels like the hydration is actually getting absorbed into my system. My lips and skin also feel noticeably smoother, which for me is a clear sign of proper hydration. I've been sharing it with friends and family, and they all love it too.Definitely a product I’ll keep repurchasing. 10/10!

I bought these for hydration for a trip to high altitude but when we had to cancel they have been a life saver for my husband to be able to drink water during med treatments. Plain water was hard to swallow but these flavorings helped. Black cherry & açaí berry are preferable & this is my second order. I use a larger amount of water than the suggested amount.

My fave electrolyte powder! I wanted to steer away from liquid IVs due to hearing the about the bad ingredients so I tried this. It’s very tasty and dissolves easily in water. I like the açaí berry and peach tea flavor. I have purchased multiple times.

if you like cherry capri-suns, get these IMMEDIATELY. it makes drinking water go from “ugh i gotta hydrate” to “so good 😩” i can’t stop drinking them

I have ordered these before and liked them especially for use in hot humid weather. Unfortunately this order had some packets that were hard and not powdery like they had not been stored properly.Disappointing.
