This is not really powerful enough for flexible use. This pin spot has 3 possible angles of beam. However the narrow bean is fine and has a sharp edge to the circle but the wider beams are achieved only by a fudge - putting a frost filter in the way - this just diffuses and reduces the power - and that is next to useless as a spot. Each diffuser is a one time fit and not really a quick swap out. Other than an accent light on a wall this has little value. The remote (optional) never worked well with the pin spots and I gave up trying to deduce how to operate them reliably. I returned the pin spots.
