It is a great espresso machine that I have been buying for the first time. It is easy to set up and use. After setting up everything, press the on button, then I can choose the coffee I want including espresso, latte and cappuccino. It also has the automatic milk frothing system which makes it so convenient. I also like and color and the outlook of the machine. So far, I have been using this for a month with good experience.

The media could not be loaded. Update, it’s malfunctioning.Update, they sent me a replacement and the replacement is also not working now. The first one at least lasted for almost 3 months this one only for about three weeks.I reached out to the company that makes this product and they responded to me asking me to send them a video proving that it doesn’t work which I sent them. They also responded stating that it doesn’t warm cups, but it’s in their description.I’ve had it for only 3 months and it’s no longer working. I have a 15 minute long video that I sent to them showing that it’s stuck in heat up mode.I am so disappointed. I hope we have at least a one year warranty on this. I got this in September.Update, I had to change my original review. Definitely had some user error.I’m still annoyed I only received one cup for the espresso.Update:After using it for months, I’ve noticed that the latte is never hot enough. If I leave it alone for a few minutes, it’s barely warm.The cup warmer doesn’t do squat for me - I’m still waiting for it to warm up.The froth output for lattes is too lot and too thick.I have not made a cappuccino as yet

Update 10-30-24 Great machine and great customer service. I thought I had an issue with the machine but a prompt reply and resolution from customer service took care of my worries......This is a good quality entry level espresso machine. No issues at all after one month. With both automatic modes and override/manual modes there's a lot of room for creativity. As a 30 year truck driver I know a lot about good black coffee. With this machine I'm able to make a kick*ss Americano in just a few minutes.I primarily use it for Americanos but I have made a latte for my wife on occasion. She was impressed with the quality and the taste. I heartily recommend this machine (no incentives for my review) for someone who wants the ability to make a variety of coffees and lattes for a great price I paid $155). My son was a barista at a chain coffee shop for a number of years. He was surprised by the variety of drinks that can be made with this machine. He gave a few pointers on grinding coffee, timing, tamping, etc. I've experimented with all of that and have settled on a simple process for making great Americanos--good black coffee with no bitterness. All in all I am really pleased with this espresso machine. No issues at all with performance or quality. No leaks, etc. Just does everything it's supposed to.

I love using this for espresso, but the side milk compartment is wasted, as it doesn't heat well enough, and I find myself microwaving the end result to get it hot. I just ignore the cappuccino/latte buttons and use it for the espresso, and heat my own milk. But in hindsight, i would have bought a cheaper one just to make espresso.

UPDATE: The seller provided me the size of the portafilter holder and I was able to purchase an ESE pod filter basket. It works wonderfully with the machine!! No mess, no fuss!! This has become a 5 star rating! Customer service is prompt and efficient. I also purchased the round disk to place into the basket when I want to use ground coffee. That works amazing to prevent coffee grounds from sticking on machine where the portafilter connects to.Although I'm extremely happy with the function and easy use of the AMZCHEF cappuccino machine I could only give it a 3 star. It states in the description that it is ESE compatible, however there is no instructions in the user manual regarding how to use an ESE pod. After researching, it appears a ESE portafilter basket is needed, which the basket is not included in the packaging. Otherwise, I would have happily given a 5 star. The machine is awesome. It functions well and disassemble and assembling for cleaning is extremely easy. Of course, reading the user manual made the process clear.

He has been in the US for more than 5 years now and has always missed the coffee he had in Tunisia. I've had it too, and it is so good! Even coffee shops around us can't make it the same way he likes it. I have bought 3 other machines before this one and all of them disappointed him. I researched for more than 3 months, checking reviews, pricing, features ALL over the web. I finally settled on this one and he was SO HAPPY. He can now make his favorite espressos and coffees. I'm so glad I got this one. I also use it to make my favorite chai lattes. The milk frother attachment is INCREDIBLE. We just keep it in the fridge and when you want to make a drink, pop it onto the machine, brew your drink and then pop it back into the fridge. It's super easy to clean, easy to use and I 100% recommend it!
