Not withstanding any unanticipated faults in service (the compressor is still brand new, works flawlessly, and is most eager to please) everything is well-made, well-designed, and easy to use.I have every confidence in this compressor. It has saved me much pain and effort trying to manually pump up my gun, and I should have bought one years ago, except the earlier ones used water as a coolant and had cumbersome pipes all over the place!It is difficult to be critical of something that works so well straight out of the box, and was delivered so promptly. The instruction booklet is adequate and covers everything but I would have preferred the full colour version as provided to buyers in North America. Please pay heed to what is written therein and all should be well. Don't forget that we're dealing with compressed air, so please be safety conscious at all times and treat it with respect.As a measure of its ability, my PCP rifle is limited to 232 bar and I don't take it beyond 200 bar. This handy little compressor took the gun from 100 bar to my self-imposed limit in about 5 minutes.Some commentators say the compressor is noisy, but I never found it so and feel that criticism is unjust. It is quieter than most domestic vacuum cleaners, and it can barely be heard from upstairs or in an adjacent room.Looking forward to a long service life, and the compressor has improved my shooting manifold by giving me greater convenience.Highly recommended.

I spent a long time wondering about getting a PCP pump, then an even longer time looking at them and reading reviews. In the end just clicking buy now!It's easy to set up and connect. I've taken it up to 2800psi. (Top of the green). It's noisy and takes ages at the end as the pressure build up, but it gets there. It didn't get hot. The pump will switch off itself (I was starting to give up). The cooling fan is on constant. I can't recommend this pump, but I can't slag it off. It will do for what I want it for, as I said in the review title, "It works".

This is not a TUXING compressor as claimed. There is no European CE mark or UKCA mark. Before using I decided to run a Portable Appliance test on the unit. The supplied IEC mains lead passed. The mains plug passed dimensional checks but is incorrectly fused at 13A This needs changing to 3 or 5A. Now the really bad bit- the unit failed earth continuity checks to any part of the outer case with a reading of greater than 19,99 Ohms. Even checking directly on the screws securing the power supply the reading was 0,25 Ohm. This unit is electrically unsafe and should be subject of a recall for all units sold. Sales should cease immediately. Trading standards an electrical safety first will be advised of these findings.

Does what it says ideal for pcp air rifles

Only gave 4 stars as i have only used it once all good so far time will tell how durable it is, 1st one i received only the fan would work compressor would not switch on so had to return for replacement this one seems to work okay, instructions says only suitable for 500cc tanks i would think it would fill bigger but not in one go no complaints for the price point.

Glad I bought this because the hand pump nearly croaked me.
