This was purchased as a supplement to increase energy. I am always surprised when supplements work. Two weeks now and I noticed an increase in energy the first couple days. For me a side effect has been a decrease in blood pressure. AI claims it will not work for everyone. So far I am pleased and will stick with if for a while.

Was a very good Nitric Oxide Supplement, good quality and value for cost. Seem to help keep my blood pressure in check as well.

I have tried it three times already... not sure if it works. One workout with weights that I had was very good, but the two other workouts were pretty average.

Great nutritional support formula for better blood flow...This isn't the type of supplement that you immediately "feel", but I'm noticing a much better feeling with blood flow after about 1 week, both exercising and at rest. Enhanced "pump" for weights, and better endurance for cardio. Definitely try this one!
