This one is better than the rest...for me...
Well I've owned 3 other different models. The B250xt was the first headset. It had great range (close to 60 feet). Although they advertise about 300 feet on some of their products, I've never seen any of these models work over 60 feet. Then came the B250xt plus. Same as B250xt, but now you could actually listen to media besides just calls. Range was limited to about 10-15 feet. After about 16 months it just gave up the ghost. The red light was on constantly, whether it was plugged in or not. Tried resetting, pairing...nothing.Then I purchased the 450..this thing is huge! Great speaker, but just too big for my liking and use. Hard to wear a hardhat and have this thing on without looking funny. Then came this bad boy C400-xt. With its different wearable configurations, it was perfect for wearing with a hardhat with the around the back of the head band. It's also lightweight. Takes a bit of getting used to, but once you wear it for a couple of weeks feels like it's hardly there. Again, the range is about 10 feet with a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge. Can also listen to media, and it's also voice activated for receiving or declining incoming calls and the noise cancelling on all of these blue parrot models are great. I wear it around the house, especially while cutting the grass, and the other party on the line can not hear my gas lawnmower. I've had this model for about 3 months now and can not report any issues as of yet.Update: Today 10/14/2023 and its still working great. Battery life is great, unless, it's really cold out. Cold weather will drain it fast. Also, the rubber cover that protects the charging port is M.I.A.Still after 5 years I haven't found a reason to replace this one.

Best Blue Parrot yet!!!!
I've been a professional driver for 5 years now and have used and abused the model 250 and 450 Blue Parrot headsets. Noise canceling has always been great! The range on them, in my opinion is exaggerated. Talk time and battery life depended on the model. Sound quality for the 250 and 450 were equally adequate. The 400 model, in my opinion is as:-Comfort is equal to the 450-Battery life and talk time is FARsuperior-Range is as advertised (no bs, Iwalked around and inside of an mttrailer with my phone in my sleepercab without ANY problems-Sound is not close to sounding likethe other 2 models. Maybe becausethe ear piece is MUCH smaller. Butstill loud and clear. You can easilyget used to it-Noise canceling is equal. Otherprofessional driver's have told methat my voice is the only thing theyhear-As for the microphone, again otherprofessional drivers have told methat my voice is crystal clearGetting back to the battery life. I have owned this model for 2 months now and have used it DAILY and have only had to charge it TWICE! Once when I first received it and the second time was about a week ago.I highly recommend this model if you are looking for a new one.

Solves the wind noise problem 100%
Love the fact that it totally masks all ambient and wind noise. I can have conversations with people while I walk my dog. With other products, I had no luck at all. Anyone I was talking to would have so much trouble hearing me any time the slightest breeze was blowing.I took off 1 star because the first unit I got wouldn't pair with my modern android phone and then got confused and wouldn't turn off. Tech support was very slow - taking 24 hours at least to respond to my emails. I got a replacement from Amazon when the tech said they thought the unit was faulty. The replacement had exactly the same problem. I tried emailing a few more times, and then called the number. I suggested to the tech I spoke to that perhaps the firmware was out of date and much to everyone's surprise, it was over 1 year out of date. Version 1.x instead of version 2.x. I downloaded an update on my pc, connected it to the headset and installed it. I have had a very nice romance with the unit ever since. It is pretty big but not uncomfortable.I'm guessing that Jabra purchased the company and isn't very keen on supporting it too well. The tech was very surprised that the firmware was so old but couldn't get any information as to why Amazon would have a warehouse full of such old units.Hopefully this saves you from having to send one or more of these back.1-26-22: UpdateIf I have it on my ear and the phone rings, it announces the phone number like 972 billion 328 million 472 thousand and sixty four. It is kinda ridiculous. I don't really care but I am trying to call customer service to look into that. Also after that crazy announcement it announces that I need to say answer or ignore. It seems to struggle a little with answering if I try to say ignore - bit of a crap shoot if it will answer or not. I usually press the answer on the phone, switch to phone and then back to bluetooth to actually speak to someone which seems silly also.Let's see if customer service can do anything to help me.

Great sound in both directions with long hours and range!
I love this headset. I still have and am using my older one. I bought this one as a spare due to my occupation. It is a comfortable fit for me and isn’t resting on top of my head. Noise cancellation is great and I have received many compliments on the clarity. It does come with the overhead style for those that like it. Extra replacement cushions both foam and simulated leather. Simply the best way to have long talk time. Stand by is fantastic, too. Buy it and enjoy your conversation.

It really works
This head set has made farming, trucking, mowing and just talking easier. The noise canceling feature is what I like best. Working with loud equipment and driving tractors and talking on a phone has never been fun "hang on I have to turn" or "sorry I just dropped the phone" is no longer an issue. Have to get out and pick up a limb or reset the disc. You can leave the phone in the tractor and walk around and still hear. It works great!
