Bigger than expected
The medium is big so if your nose is normal I'd recommend buying the size small.

We so wanted this to work!
My wife wanted this to help her breath when sleeping (she has a deviated septum). Initially the side 'wings' were too big and were painful. We checked how to insert the strip and found out that these could be trimmed to size. This we did but the strip would not stay in place and fell out almost immediately each time it was inserted. It was unusable, which was a shame as they would have been good value for money if they worked for her. She will have to continue using the expensive adhesive external nose strips.
