Great for a good nights sleep
Was slightly put off by a couple of negative reviews but decided to buy as have used their pillow mist spray before and liked it. Have used this a couple of times before going to bed and have a very good nights sleep. It smells good and would recommend. Ignore the poor reviews, it works for me
