If only there was a human version. It is like a car wash for your chain. Clean for the room you do it in, though a hard floor is recommended.

Product arrived with the main body slightly cracked but it held it's shape and should not effect operation. I tried the cleaner then tried just some chain cleaner solution and a cloth. The cloth worked loads better then the chain cleaner device...brush that came with it is useful though. I wouldn't waste the money

Easy to use and does its job, the brushes help with the cleaning of the chain rings and cassette. The only slight complaint is that the chain catches once in a while, so you need to be careful that your hand doesn't get pulled and bashed when that happens.

Not sure it does that much for cleaning my chain to be honest. Only used it a couple of times but not sure it cleans all that well. Still exploring other options to clean my chain.

This product really works but if your bikes chain has been dirty for ages it may take a couple trys

Falls apart and doesn't actually help clean the chain at all! It's much more effective to use a hard brush, and a sponge.The two brushes it comes with are more useful than the rest of the product

I thought it would be a good idea to get a new chain cleaner with fresh brushes to replace my 10year old Halfords chain cleaner....I am rather disappointed. I didn't use the handle attachment as that seemed a bit of a gimmick but the brushes themselves didn't seem to clean the chain very well. The liquid cleaner sits below the the level the chain passes through so chain cleaning is dependent on the cleaner fluid that the brushes pick up as they rotate through the bath. The brushes then don't seem stiff enough to thoroughly clean the chain. Finally when I went to tip out the dirty chain cleaner liquid, all the brushes fell out, which might be useful for totally cleaning the unit, but I didn't want this happening every time - and they're not really retained to stop it happening every time.I went back to my old Halfords cleaner which seems much more solid, better brushes which are secure in the unit and cleans chains better even after 10years. Shame.Its good to get a pair of cleaning brushes with it too though!Ok for the money, as it is cheap compared to name brands - butbe aware there is a reason for this.
