i bought this book for the same reason anyone buys these types of books and was pleasently surprised, the main submissive isnt your usual weak willed innocent with whoreish sensibillitys, she is an intelligent woman who spends most of the book debating and moralising the pshycollogical aspects of the slave trade she has stumbled on,all the main characters are well rounded and 3 dimensional and none of this detracts from the books eroticism, youll fall in love with vannessa and her journey into submission

This book does transport you into an underwold that you discover at your surprise and delight despite Vannessa confusion and disgust. It is not realistic unfortunately and it is long winded in places. If you like a more literate read than other books on this theme then I strongly reccomend it too.

I feel this book is a literature work of art.The reason I say this is because like any work of art it is totaly engrossing.I found myself transported to the word of Vanessa Buckingham as she investegates the surprizing world of moden slavery.The sexual content although high,is not the main reason I reccomend this book,it is the characterisation of all the people.The writing is of extremly high quality and i found i could not put it down.At the end of the book i wished there were more.Icannot recommend this enough to anybody who enjoys a realy good read . Can we please have a follow up book
