Received before promised, I bought the entire line I really like the red, orange, and purple as well as the protein, pre/pro biotic and fiber. The green is very strong and somewhat bitter. The directions on the fiber packet say to use one scoop,but no scoop was provided so it’s been a guessing game to figure out how much to use. First time using it,way too much. Next time not enough. The recommendations for an afternoon drink with water, red, green, & fiber tastes gross. You really need either a sweetener or use juice to mix it with.. I’ve been doing water, orange, and fiber as the orange has a somewhat sweet taste to it and I can handle that combination without added sweetener or juice. It’s more of a personal taste and what works for you.
