Exhilaratingly Soothing Massager
Amazing Relief for Tired, Achy Feet!I bought this foot massager mat mainly because I’ve been dealing with some neuropathy and poor circulation in my feet, and honestly, I’m really impressed. It's super easy to use, you just unfold it, put your feet on, and choose your settings. I love that it has 8 modes and 32 intensity levels because you can really customize it based on how you're feeling that day.The EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) feels a little weird at first if you’re not used to it, but after a few minutes, it’s actually really relaxing. I could feel my muscles loosening up, and it definitely helped with swelling and overall soreness. Plus, it’s foldable and lightweight, so it’s easy to store away when I’m done. Also remote control so you dont have to be bending to interact with it.One thing to note: you need to have bare feet for it to work properly, and it works best if your feet are clean and dry. Overall, if you're dealing with foot pain, poor circulation, or just want a good way to relax at the end of the day, I would definitely recommend this! Bonus points that it’s FSA/HSA eligible too.

A Game Changer for Tired Feet
I’m absolutely thrilled with this foot massager with electrical stimulation. After a long day at work, it’s exactly what I need to unwind. It combines pressure massage with gentle electrical impulses that truly help relieve tension and improve circulation. There are several intensity levels and programs, so I can adjust it based on what I need each day. Plus, it’s quiet and very easy to use. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an effective and comfortable way to take care of their feet at home!

Could be just me.
This did not help me at all. I used it at least 40 minutes a day every day for a week and it just didn’t do anything, moreover, even when it was fully charged, it seemed like it was barely sending any signals into my feet. On the other hand, I have hyper mobility syndrome, And a few months ago I had an EMG performed by an experienced neurologist, and he told me the electrical signals moving between my nerves are way too slow. So maybe this product just doesn’t work for me personally, although the nervous system issue is the reason I got it in the first place. I returned it.

Effective Stimulation for Long Hours Seated at MY desk
I work at my desk and am sitting for most of my day. So I thought to try this out to get my circulation going. It is pretty lightweight and foldable so it is great to move around with. I've never used this technology before so I wasn't sure what to expect. It does feel like you are getting a light electric shock. I didn't pass the intensity of 2 and though it felt weird while I had my feet on their for the massage setting, my legs felt amazing after the 20 minutes. It auto shuts off after that amount of time but with the remote you can easily restart, turn on and off, change the mode and change the intensity.I plan to use this mostly at my desk but can imagine using it while I'm watching TV from the couch or reading a book etc.

Ideal for relaxing tired feet, easy to use and very effective
Very good product to relax the feet after a long day.I really liked that it has several massage modes, you can choose between different types of pressure and movements according to what you need. The intensity level is adjustable, so you can start soft and go up little by little. It feels like small vibrations and pulses that stimulate the soles of the feet, and really helps to improve circulation and relieve the feeling of tiredness. In addition, it is super light, easy to charge by USB and makes almost no noise, which makes it very practical for use at home or even in the office. The surface is resistant and easy to clean, not like other rubber mats that break quickly.Something that I thought was great is that it can be folded and comes with a remote control, so it is very comfortable to store and handle.Definitely an excellent purchase if you are looking to relieve the pain or just pamper yourself for a while.I highly recommend it, especially if you spend a lot of time on your feet or want to improve your circulation.

Great little gadget
Fascinating little gadget, very reasonably priced. I read the reviews and was skeptical but have a family with enough foot trouble it was worth the gamble. It definitely is an electronic stimulator - so feels more like a tens treatment than an actual massage. It works only with both feet (or hands, I tried that too) ON the unit. I’m not a huge fan of electric current muscle stimulators but this is nice, especially on kneading and massage/relaxation settings. I had plenty of muscle activity on the first intensity and only tolerated up to level 3 on any of the varied pattern options. Wearing a size 7 women's shoe size, the footprint was way big on me, though still effective. The footprint is probably about a women’s size 10 (men’s 9?) -still plenty of room beyond the printed footprint though, so bigger sizes should do well unless feet are so large they hang off one end. It has seemed to helped with relaxation and even a little with my osteoarthritis pain (hands). So It’s a keeper.
