Definitely recommend airing it before use! The pillow is much softer than expected but it works. It could also have been 1/2 an inch or so higher.I washed the cover this weekend and to my horror found blood on the inner cover over the foam. The pillow also looks shredded but, none of these things impact the use of the pillow and, besides what am I going to sleep on if I return it?I should know by now to thoroughly check products before use!

I’ve used contour pillows for over 20 years. This is by far the least supportive one yet. The very insignificant amount of countouring is so soft that it provides none of the desired support . I regret this purchase and wonder if returning a used pillow is even an option

I love it. I am not a back sleeper but I had surgery and had to so this pillow was great.
