Had some initial concerns/ hesitation about the product, but upon getting in touch with the seller, all questions answered. We will not hesitate to recommend purchasing from this seller again. In terms of the product, we were assured that it is safe even for babies. And we've tested it out with our baby at 9 months, and she was fine having drunk (though not lots) from the filter bottle without boiling. Very handy product to have when travelling, especially in countries where the quality and safety of the water is not guaranteed.

This filter cost £25 and filtered one litre of water before giving up and dying. This means that at £25 per litre, it was the most expensive water I have ever tried.It tasted horrible.I bought 3 of these filters for a long trip and all of them were equally hopeless. The water was full of little black pieces of filter and the filter soon fell apart completely. Given that it fell apart so quickly I'm not convinced this is capable to filtering out anything let alone viruses.At the price it costs this is an utter scam.

The description was unclear what size the cartridge was for. I bought it for a Geopress and had to return it-it's for the Grayl ultra light.

It fits the “brilliant “ GRAYL water filter. Would not want to trek without this device.

This is NOT a filter bottle with integral filter. In spite of the photo and description you will only receive a replacement filter - useless without the bottle.

I've ordered an additional five filters to cater for five people for a period of six weeks. That's based on a estimated eight pints of water per day per person. The manufacturer says that depending on the level of pollution in the water each filter should be good for about forty gallons each filter. I'm allowing for drinking cleaning teeth, and shaving, I hope I've got enough.

its very simple, I brought it and used it for a camping hike across the lake district , it simply does its job, put dirty water in or water you wouldn't trust,, ah ha presto push down and do the French press action, its so simple it cant be broken or have a malfunction, I love it for what its gives me, clean water, you get a beaker/cup a filter and a lockable twist lid to hold water, its thick robust and colourful so you should not misplace it when in camp, if I had to moan I would say Pricing, its high,then again buy cheap buy twice, I prefer this as its well built , very effective in its jobs ,and the weight on my scales is 275 grams, or 9 oz, many varied competitors, but I like the fool proof design.
