Needs Windows XP.
It won't work unless it has a Windows XP package. Considering Microsoft withdrew support for XP some time ago, I don't think this is very realistic (my laptop has Windows 10). I'll be returning it.

Answer to many problems
Been hunting for ages for a card reader like this one . Only draw back the cable to the computer is very very short had to use my CD Tray to support it.Great delivery and packaging

Poor quality
Not good quality, but does work for Smartmedia. The front is not fixed to the body properly.
