This product has literally saved my basement. Someone left a puppy at my home and while I worked i could only leave her in the basement as she is an escape artist a d I was worried she'd get run over . As a puppy she obviously can't hold it and peed a few times and it soaked into the concrete. The smell was terrible. I tried the baking soda and vinegar scrub worked for the day but labor intensive with the scrubbing rinsing and drying as there is no drain or pump down there . But next day smell was back . Tried bleach and all purposes cleaners same issue. I just got this today and when I say on contact smell was gone and the basement the whole basement was back to where you could stand to be in it again . I am so happy it is also from a small business as well . The price is super affordable and the bottle is enough to do this treatment repeatedly as puppy still hasn't found a home and will likely have another accident while I'm at work. Yes I put down puppy pads but she's a pup so she misses sometimes. Thank you so much for this product just wish I'd of found it sooner .

Was very skeptical but ended pleasantly surprised. I have 4 dogs and a puppy. We're still in the housebreaking stage with the puppy. With the past products, after rinsing the mop a few times the bucket started smelling like a combination of urine and the cleaning product. You could tell the cleaning product was just attempting to mask the smell. With this, the bucket doesn't get that nauseating perfumey urine smell. It's has a light pleasant scent. Not over powering at all. Not thrilled with the price but it's worth it to have a cleaning smelling house.

This stuff is amazing! I had a stray cat spraying all over the outside of my home and he got I to my house and sprayed! This took the smell right out. I'm also using it in my yard where my cats go to the bathroom. I have 5 cats they use certain areas that are close to my house. It definitely works!

Okay, so I have officially tried all 3 current scents of the product: fresh, apricot, and original.Here's my description of each scent:fresh: smells like clean, it is the closest to the generic 'linen' scent offered on almost any other cleaning product. It's my favorite since the scent stays for a bit, it's subtle and smells like clean laundry.apricot: smells like peach rings. It's a very perfumey smell... imo it's better for fall use. I liked it, but after a while, it gets boring.original: smells like lemongrass. I thought I would like this scent the best, but I don't. It's not unpleasant, but my house smells like I'm cooking pho. Not a bad smell by any means... just doesn't smell like the typical 'clean' scent.Hope this helps you make a decision on which scent to purchase!

I bought KOE after reading all the reviews. We raise doodles and rescue dumped dogs. I add a 1/2 to my daily mop bucket. I was amazed how well it works to cut doggy stench in our kennel.

Bought the smaller bottle to try and will be buying the big size. This stuff is amazing. I have 10 cats,3 dogs, 2 boys and a blue collar husband so I feel like my house always stinks. We did our normal weekend cleaning with this stuff and wow. The fragrance it leaves behind just smells clean. Want to try thr fresh scent and apricot next just to see if they are as nice.

This is a game changer for anyone with a puppy that is peeing in the house! It has helped so much to eliminate the urine smell that I can't smell but my puppy did! Once I sprayed/cleaned the area he hasn't gone back to those areas so for me it is a definite plus and shows me that it works! Smells great to and a little goes along way
