Add this to mocha coffee with creamer to improve taste
The instructions say "To improve mix ability slowly add powder to boiling water and whisk continuously until the powder has dissolved." I shake about a ½ to 1 teaspoon at a time from the scoop to freshly made steaming hot coffee in a 20 oz thermal cup, and use a mini whisk to vigorously stir. Then I add a scoop or two of collagen powder. Then a Keurig cup of hot chocolate, then Snickers liquid coffee creamer. Can't taste the broth at all. Lol. It is a bit sticky if it gets on your fingers.

Hard To Mix But Worth It
Toughest powder to dissolve I've ever used. Just sprinkle into boiling water, constantly whisking, and go slow. It takes a while, so be patient, but in the end is nutritious and decent tasting. It's bone broth, and that's what it tastes like; I'm ok with that. Sometimes I steep tea in it for a changeup. High in protein, decent BCAAs, and sugar/lactose free. Easily digestible. My body likes it better than whey or animal protein powder. I use it as a supplement to my weight lifting program, and results have been good.

Does the job
Good price. I like to drink a cup of hot bone broth sometimes. Make sure your liquid is hot and get ready to stir for a while, because it gets gummy at first. Be patient, keep stirring, it will dissolve. I add a little salt, garlic powder, onion powder and parsley, because I like it. 😊

Not my favorite
Not crazy for this. Does not dissolve and doesn't have food flavor on it's own. I pass this over for regular bullion when I need a warm pick me up on chilly days then forget to maybe add it to homemade soups. At the rate I'm using it, I'll probably just throw it away when it's beyond ' use by ' date passes.Might be a different experience for others but for me it was not a good purchase.

A must have for weight gain
I ordered this because I’m unable to eat much due to having Trigeminal Neuralgia & Anesthesia Dolorosa. I weighed 89lbs on Aug13, the day of brain surgery to attempt to stop the pain. That surgery was about 75% successful with most of the pain, except in the area I needed to be able to chew. I HAD to do something kinda extreme to amp up my protein intake, and other things in my food, on the one or two days a week I was able to eat because I was grossly emaciated. I add this to the food AND I drink a literal "shot" of it daily along with a powdered greens and powdered Lions Mane (for remyelination purposes for MS).In the year prior I was unable to chew anything, period, but since my surgery and basically taking my nutrition into my own hands rather than letting the nutritionist dictate my food intake, today I weighed 102. And it's "good" weight. Muscle weight. To kind of put it into perspective, prior to October 2020 (that's when the trigeminal nerve went on strike), I weighed about 160, I'm 5'4" so I had a rather high BMI. 10 months later, I weighed 89lbs and looked like a skeleton with no muscle tone at all. I could barely walk more than 5-10 consecutive steps. After adding this and other "super" powdered supplements, today I walked up a single flight of 10 stairs. That doesn't sound like much, but it's huge when just a few months ago I could barely walk at all. My therapist has just given me the green light to start using (very) low weights to exercise with.Today was a HUGE day for me and I KNOW it was because of me adding this product to a very restricted diet in an attempt to get the most out of when I *can* eat along side doing the shots daily.Review of other things:·It's tasteless,·It's GOOD protein,·It comes with a pre-measured scoop,·It's a great "shot" as well as additive to ALL types of foods·The only negative I can find is it is rather hard to get blended if you don't add it to boiling water, but it explains this on the jug.

Didn't measure out
You get a scoop with it and my jar was less than 1/2 full and sealed/new. Using the scoop, it just didn't measure out for the servings claimed. It did NOT mix well with warm or hot water. My only genuine complaint is how you don't get the number of servings claimed. This made it less cost effective.

little to no taste, perfect for soups and drinks
i found this by accident when i was looking for broth for soup. I'm an avid powdered protein drinker and i've never been fond of the taste, this is a game changer. I've been adding this to my coffee, soups, mashed potatoes, i use 1 serving per day and it's the easiest 30g of protein, and collagen too??? its amazing, ill never buy sweet protein powder again, this stuff can be added to literally anything without altering the taste.

Read the directions!
This is not a supplement powder to add to morning smoothies!! This is a soup base or broth base meant to be dissolved in boiling water. It does NOT mix well in cold plain water. It even takes some time to dissolve in boiling water but creates the perfect broth base to just drink alone or with some ginger or even as a soup base to add whatever else you want.I like to save up all my bones for about a month in the freezer and make a bone broth, let it boil down for a couple days, strain and seperate into containers... but if I don't have time to do all that, this powder makes it super simple to still get those nutrients. Just boil some water, add the bone broth powder, let it simmer, add the veggies, tofu, seaweed and BOOM! The best super easy super healthy soup ready in 15 minutes. This is a life saver after music festivals or intense workouts to nourish and replenish your body. Highly recommended if you know how to prepare it properly.
