PilotParallel Pen 3.8mm

I purchased this Pilot Parallel 3.8mm (green cup) pen exactly two years ago, but it was to wide for pretty much any use, so I put it in a box and haven't seen it since. I recently found it again, and to my surprise the pen hasn't dried out! That despite leaving an opened cartridge in it, I was able to just continue writing smoothly. I experienced some more and decided that I like this pen so much, that today I ordered it in 1.5mm (red cup), so I can actually use it for writing. I think that the green cup one would be perfect for writing diplomas on A4 paper. It takes a LOT of ink, I went through both of cartridges in just of few pages of paper.I enjoy the gradiation effect. A tip: you actually don't need two pens to do this, you can dip the tip of one in a fountain pen ink`s bottle, it will have the same outcome. Besides that, the pen is easy to write with and leaves a solid, bold lines; black (and red) ink that comes with it is totally black (much more than the ones I have for my fountain pen) and look very professional on paper.

I think it is the best tool for calligraphy. Writing is very smooth and sharp. And the best part is its ability to write with the edge. Color mixing is very unique. But doing it repeatedly can ruin the nib.A little pricey, but once you try it, you know it's worth it...!
