Derila Memory Foam Pillows (2 Pillows, Standard (19.7" x 11.8" x 3.9"))

Over the years I have tried many pillows and had many disappointments. To be honest when I unpacked this pillow I didn't expect much, but was I pleasantly surprised. As soon as my head touched this pillow I knew I had the perfect fit for me. Firmness was perfect, I got the standard size, and even though it looked small, it is just right for me. I am waking up without a stiff and painful neck, my shoulders are more comfortable, and my upper back more relaxed. I am in my mid 70s and aches and pains are sometimes a challenge when trying to get a comfortable good night's sleep. This pillow has help to make this challenge much easier. I will definitely be getting another one when this one needs to be replaced.

Highly disappointed in this lumpy, lopsided cracker thin pillow. The odd shape doesn't fill a pillowcase edge to edge and looks like you put the wrong size pillowcase on it, looks hideous. The memory foam is good quality, I'll give you that. Design is a major fail! While there is great support for the neck (in one spot), it should be on each side, so that the pillow can be flipped around from time to time. Designing this pillow with only one placement possibility means it won't last if the same pressure point is consistently used. That's works out for the company if the consumer has to replace the pillow more frequently, certainly not a good selling point for the customer. In addition, If you read in bed every night, you'll have to do that somewhere else because propping this up will not elevate you enough to do so. Not worth the money IMO. Better off using dense foam for pressure points and sparse foam elsewhere to make this appear like a normal pillow when not in use. I will add photos when I have the opportunity to do so.

I've been using a traditional shape foam (thin) pillow for years. Love it. But want a bit more support when I sleep on the side. So I gave this Derila pillow a try. I didn't want something too "aggressive" in shape or contour. As a back and side sleeper, we are not always in the perfect posture as the diagram shows. To be honest, I would have given this 4 stars. Nothing is bad, just not all that great. However, I do use a CPAP machine at night. And my number has consistently be 1.0 or 1.5 lower than normal. Events per hour. This pillow will not prevent sleep apnea. But it has reduced my nightly numbers. Do I still need a CPAP machine? Yes. It is my favorite pillow? No. Best pillow ever? Numbers don't lie.

Great idea but misses the mark with comfort. I bought for snoring and also several cervical herniated discs. Unfortunately the pillow is too firm to be comfortable and made my neck hurt much worse. The concept is great it’s just too hard in my opinion. Doesn’t matter if it’s a few hours of sleep or an entire night, same issue with neck pain worsening. Gets better with a different pillow. They should make a slightly softer model.

This works! It a little small but I guess it doesn’t have to be too big since the purpose is to keep your partners head in a little crook that keeps his airway open. It doesn’t 100% stop the snoring but it definitely makes it less frequent and loud, more like heavy breathing with this pillow. My partner will find ways to roll of it but since it allows him to sleep on his back and only lightly snore so I can sleep it’s a win. His doctor says these things don’t usually work but it has definitely helped us.

I bought a small pillow, and I liked it enough to offer to buy one for my daughter. Although the small pillow feels good, the size looks like a baby pillow, so I got the bigger one... only one... but with their web page trickery, it result that I bought four! I immediately contacted them to stop the transaction, but they said it was impossible, that I could return them when I get them. I got them, I open one, and it isn't comfortable at all. I ask to return the three other unopened pillows, and they send me the address where to send them, and I have to pay for shipping... to Lithuania! even when the original address they shipped from was in Saddle Brook, NJ. I wrote again and they said they only can accept returns to Lithuania... What a rip off! The 2 starts are only because the small pillow is OK... otherwise it would be zero stars.

I've had severe sleep apnea for many years. Snoring and breathing stoppage was an every night occurrence. I could never use a CPAP machine because of severe claustrophobia. I just recently had a quadruple bypass surgery and just before that I purchased one of these pillows. I use this in the hospital and in recovery and at home when I returned. It stopped me snoring, my wife says I don't gasp for air any longer. I don't wake up at night and have been getting wonderful restful night sleeps. I can't believe a pillow has been able to do what everything else I've tried hasn't. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I had one I thought I needed to get a new one. First one helped my cervical arthritis along with Dr’s injections. I have needed no more in almost a year. This pillow I recommended to others who are grateful. This new one seems different :harder and what feels like less of a groove. Perhaps I don’t remember the other one from when it was new. I gave it away because I’m moving and wanted a new one I’m sorry. Any explanation I would appreciate
