BESTVA 1000W Double Chips LED Grow Light Full Spectrum Plant Grow Lamp for Greenhouse Hydroponic Indoor Plants Veg and Flower

When I switched this on for the first time it nearly burnt out my retinas. I always wear a pr of uv blocking sunglasses now because I think there's a lot of uv coming off this lamp,my eyes ache when I'm near it. It's very well made,very heavy and quiet enough not to be noticeable.I can't confirm whether it's genuinely 1000w equivalent. I haven't got a par meter ,subjectively it feels really well made and fulfilled by Amazon meant it turned up in 2 days. The 800w would've been a wait so that's why I went for the 1000. All these products are tested for safety compliance and I would've thought that the specifications would have been confirmed as well before getting approval,but who knows? The world is full of scammers. But I am going to buy another one soon. I'm not sure why this is so cheap compared to the Mars lights for example so maybe the spec is lower or maybe the others are just overpriced or are using better heat sinks and power supplies. But I'd rather buy 4 of these than 1 of the big-named lights. 6 months gone now and I've bought another. !,

absolutely crap these things are a gimmick, if you want professional grow lighting for horticulture go for USA made lights which cost over $1000 a light and you see the results as well as savings. these lights are now where near the 1000w they claim, its more like 150 watts. you have been warned. do not read the fake reviews. looks like businesses are using fake reviews to get their items sold. these do not represent what it says on the box!

I have tested these lights over 7monthsThe reason I took the plunge on this light was because of the heat issues exsperienced during last summer,So these lights replaced 600w hps during the flower period of around 4 weeksI believed at the time these lights kept up with the existing hps to see the crop threw,However they were put to the test threw veg which they done very well as good or better than 400w mh,I am 4 weeks into flower now and a side by side test with mh/hps against led 1000wThe led failed to keep up and they are being removed and replaced by hps to see the crop threw...The leds have performed well but they do not match hps in flower,I haven’t completely written these leds off as they ran super regarding heat and power drain,I believe they drain around 350w from the wall so I may well place 2 of these over what I normally put 1 x 600w hps to see what happens ,If you wanted to try leds out then these are a good price,I defo wouldn’t pay silly money on leds just yet as I think the technology is only about 60/70 %So I has a little way to go as yet,They are worth a try as you may have the skills to make it happen !Good luck

Brilliant light, doesn't make much sound at all an promotes excellent growth, keep in a small 80cm*80*160 tent an keeps a toasty 26, if it had a bloom switch it would be 5 stars

I have the 1000w and an 800w light. Both are great. Had an issue with my 1000w which was very quickly ressolved by the brilliant staff at this company. Would recommend to anyone.

Very nice LED well worth purchase. Better quality compared to cheaper makes like Roleadro!

Excellent light so far, don't put seedlings too close to this powerful light though.
