Well I had a badly blocked left ear for over 2 weeks and olive oil on its own did nothing, it made you feel locked in with sinus background and limited hearing. Very hard to hear anyone from the left and no idea of direction sound was coming from, almost walked out in front of an electric car as did not hear it after I had looked.I used olive oil 2 x a day and the first attempt produced nothing after 3 syringes of warm water than a few specks, the second attempt a few bigger bits and then left it for a day, the next day third syringe. Bit more productive but still ok hearing then today 3 syringe fed and nothing and then loads of big chunks and one biggest - and hearing!!!!!!! I can hear again I feel like a Bat it’s so clear on the left and am so relieved! The right hear now sounds a little muffled so will try this one next. Put medium pressure on the syringe with warm water and insert the syringe in the correct direction and as in as far as it goes without pushing. Great product! Tilt your head over the bowl when you do it to check results and aid draining

Now the NHS don't do free eat syringing anymore. This is a must to have at home. Happy with it. Just don't push too hot you'll bruise your earole

Wonderful device and I wouldn't be without it... Apply a couple of ear drops to soften the ear wax and use the syringe the following day and bingo!... I can hear a pin drop.... Brilliant

I was skeptical but found this to work exactly how I had hoped. No need to spend money on expensive gadgets. You can irrigate the ear with high pressure using this syringe and have control over the speed and pressure

I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to help future buyers. I have been using Clear ear drops olive oil sodium bicarbonate and hydrogen peroxide for 2 weeks. My left ear was totally blocked all that time. I ordered the syringe as a last resort yesterday and as soon as I used it the first time my ear unblocked! Absolutely fantastic.
