bulbs are scratched due to packaging
On the plus side, all the bulbs so far are good! The color temperature is right on the money. On the downsides...The bulbs appear to be significantly brighter than the 11w S14 incandescent bulbs that came with my light string. This may or may not be to your taste. Some of the bulbs have low amounts of solder on the base, which meant they made poor contact in my sockets. I was able to bend the little tab in the base of the socket (Shut off your light string first!) and that solved the issue for me.But the real kicker, is that they're scratched to heck. The plastic is VERY soft, and the packaging is a coarse plastic sleeve on each bulb that effectively sanded them so they're fuzzy. This draws the eye to the very cheap lens instead of just letting it transmit the light...so they don't look great. I'll clean them with a bit of plastic polish on a cloth and they'll be fine - but Holiday Light Depot needs to rethink the packaging strategy for the bulbs in their box. Those plastic sleeves aren't working out.

LEDs, look like Edison Bulbs
LED; I got these for my new Sputnik chandeliers that are up high in a vaulted ceiling. Cannot easily replace bulbs. .-perfect shape and they make a wonderful golden glow in the room. The price too, for 24 bulbs was actually lower than many other LED bulbs or incandescent edision bulbs. Love this purchase; although, they came in a 25 pack- 1 bulb did not work but I only needed 24. I did not contact the seller as I wanted to get them in right away. The price made up for it. Very happy with these!

bulbs died really quickly
We've had these bulbs for two years now. I foolishly thought that because they were LED they would last a long time. I think in hindsight some were bust right out of the box because even the day I installed some didn't light up nicely. We were using a socket string left behind by previous tenants so I always just thought it was the string that was bad. Eventually nearly all the bulbs went out and we just bought a new string, planning to reuse the bulbs. Well my husband, who by then had his suspicions, put the old bulbs into the brand new string and they are useless. Urgh. So not only have we had bad bulbs (that we were too lazy to address until 2 years later) but now we've spent $50 on a new string that we didn't need to replace. Shame on me for buying such bad quality bulbs.

High Failure Rate and Short Life
I purchased these to replace incandescent lights expecting them to have a long life. Much to my surprise I am seeing a high failure rate and most of these are not lasting as the much cheaper incandescent lights. In most cases the LED goes to a very faint glow. Not what I was expecting!

Looking good...
So far so good. I was hesitant ordering these as there were no reviews, but they appeared to be the best choice overall. Bulbs arrived neatly packed and all but 1 worked flawlessly (out of 2 boxes, 50 total). Best part, it cut my energy usage by 75%!! Worth the investment for sure.

Lifespan shorter than a Mayfly
I have been using these lights on my deck for roughly a month. I have them on a timer, they are only on 2 hr/day. I bought the 25-pack. Two have died completely. Another 6 or 8 are dying - only a portion of the filament strip is lighting up. At this rate, just a month or two from now and I'll have nothing left.

Does not last long
The LED lights should have lasted much longer than they did. Most are out within a year's time period. They are on an outdoor string and lit for approximately 4 hours per day.

... from Costco about a year ago and they work great. Brighter and dim-able
Replaced the original 11 watt bulbs on String Lights from Feit I bought from Costco about a year ago and they work great. Brighter and dim-able.
