Do not purchase
The look of it is very sleek but it does not connect easily to the app and doesn’t not read the correct temperature. I set it at 73, it shuts off and my thermostat shows inside temperature at 81. Now, with that being said the house does not feel like it’s 81 but it is a lot warmer than 73. It shows it’s running on the screen but the air conditioner itself is shut off with now air blowing inside. I don’t thinks it’s communicating well with the air conditioner either. Not worth the money at all. Save your money and use it on American products 10/10 do not recommend

Looks cool and does the job
Ok, I bought 2 of these because I liked the look of the display. The do nothing more or less the other t-stats of the same type. They work exactly as advertised but sometimes have trouble knowing the actual temperature of the room. I don’t think it is the stat’s fault however. The ones I replaced had the same issue. I believe it has more to do with the wall they mounted on. I have taken steps to isolate them from the wall but I have one more trick to try. They are adjustable as far as the temp sensor is concerned. One feature they are lacking is the ability to adjust the dead zone between heat and cool in the auto setting beyond their preset values.Overall I’m very happy with these.

Unit died within 2 months after installation.
Terrible warranty. The item worked for about 2 months after installation. Screen went blank one afternoon. Call a technician and he diagnosed as a faulty unit that could not be repaired because of the cost of repair. Amazon’s warning said that returns were good only until October.“TransactionsItems shipped: July 14, 2023 - xxxxxxTotal: $131.11”Received the unit in July 15 and installed it in August.This situation sucks

Why didn’t we get this sooner!
We have a three-story house and being able to adjust the temperature from any floor instead of having to run downstairs to adjust manually is fantastic. Wish we would’ve gotten this long ago. Works great! Was easy to install.

Horrible product!
Run- do not walk away! I received this unit and it will not connect to app. Must have power source so if power goes out- this goes out!

App not work
Device looks great. That’s about it. Touch screen is not a touch screen with only the bottom buttons. App does not work at all. App does not list thermostat and so had to scan doc to add. After added, app can’t load data upon click the device. Device appears to be connected to wifi.App works after a few days when update is available.
