Saved a small fortune.
Easy to install if you are mechanically minded. Local plumbers merchant quoted £46 for a replacement syphon assembly for my toilet. The seal/gasket in the original had split letting water through. These were pennies compared. Cheap fix.

Good but locating holes might be in different place
I have just installed one of these on a "Dudley 88" Cistern internal. (The 88 - very easy to repair - see U tube videos).Extra tools that may be required - file for filing off the limescale to get the flushing handle lever off. I turned the water off - but you do not have to.The two locating holes in the new diaphragm might not be in the right place to fit over the lugs in the 'lifter' on which it sits. I marked where the holes should be and then used a (hollow type) nail punch to punch new holes. Good luck! ChrisHaving changed the diaphragm, when replacing my old 88 at first I did not notice that it has to fit over a 'slider' on the side of the white upright pipe and so I was having difficulty replacing the yellow pin. As soon as I slide the blue part over the said slider the pip when in reasonably easily. If the toilet takes a long time to fill - consider buying a low pressure seat ball valve - mine refills in one minute. Note you need to turn the water off to fit one of these.
