So I got this on June 20. I used it three times. Today is August 1. Doesn’t charge anymore. Save your money, invest in a better product. Now I have a $40 cup. I can’t do anything with.

I work outside all year round and its very hard to stop and eat sometimes because I'm on a time crunch and covered in soil/groundwater/etc. I was becoming unhealthy by skipping meals and then I was starving by dinner. This is super easy to pack and throw in my car so I can get some nutrition in during those long busy days in the field. Would recommend. Would buy again.

There is plenty to like about this portable blender and really only one thing for me not to like about it and that is the 12 ounce size. I wish this blender as well as many other similar portable blenders available were larger capacity like a 16 ounce or even 20 or 24 ounce version. It doesn't take me very long to gulp down 12 ounces of a healthy beverage on a hot summer day or evening.Aside from that, the unit works as described and does grind through fruit, veggies and ice with amazing power. The blender will bog down a bit if you pack it with too many solids like ice, frozen strawberries, etc. But you can easily learn to portion the ingredients to make the unit work smoothly and produce a great tasting drink. Clean up is easy enough with very little effort. We have grown used to adding one or two drops of soap and hot water and letting it blend for a cycle and then simply rinsing it out with cold water and toweling dry.One thing that I might note is that you definitely don't want to overfill the unit beyond the "max" level it specifies or you will end up with the unit leaking. I have found that keeping the liquid level just below the spot where the contents remain visible is the ideal "max" level for me. The contents you are blending require some headroom to expand when the unit is turned on. You may find that some recipes will require even more headroom to expand. Mixing carbonated drinks such as soda and ice are just one example.Overall both my wife and really enjoy this portable blender and it has had hours of use throughout the recent summer heat. I can see where the unit can easily be placed in a purse or handbag and brought along for traveling. The price point of the unit to me is quite a bit lower than some of the "portable blenders" I've seen, especially on TV where you pay 2 to 3 times more than this blender costs. Again, the only thing I didn't like about this blender is the 12 ounce capacity. But then again I'm a glutton for an icy beverage on a hot day so I'm not about to rate one star less just for that reason. Anyone should enjoy this great portable blender if they like a nice cool drink on a hot day!

After using the blender for about four days, problems began. Despite every effort to charge the motor in different locations, it would only run for about five seconds and cut off. I made sure the cup was affixed tightly and correctly, and that the contents did not exceed the max line-still nothing. Then the blender tipped over from the counter into the sink and the drinking cap broke off with a major chip. This has been very disappointing because of the reputation and reviews I read about before my purchase.
