This is an excellent brace. It fits my size and is very easy to adjust. It can helpfully alleviate my shoulder pain and protect me from other sport injury. Will recommend this item for people who exercise daily.

looks well made but I would not waste your money
Totally ineffective....I am 165 lbs and well muscled in the shoulders....this just didn't offer any relief or support....looks well made but I would not waste your money!
