Works wonders!
So bought this to add an M.2 SSD since the only slot was already populated (older system). System detected it without issue as did the OS. It does have blue LED's that act as drive activity lights, so keep that in mind.

it works well
Used it to add a Samsung NVMe SSD to a Dell that did not have an m.2 slot. Plugged it into the PCI3.0 x 16 slot and it worked just fine.
