YoLinkX3 Temperature & Humidity Sensor, Supports App Real-Time Data Refresh, Alexa, IFTTT, Home Assistant Integration - YoLink Hub Required

I chose these because of the range (even inside a refrigerator), accuracy, and battery life. I initially got two for the freezer/frig, and then three more for different rooms. When placed side-by-side, the temp and humidity readings on different units are virtually identical, and their readings also correlate closely with my AirThings air quality sensors. They work fine with the YoLink hub and app, and I also have them integrated into my Hubitat smart home.

Yolink products are rock solid. I started off with this single termperature/humidity sensor and quickly expanded to at least 20 other various kinds of sensors over the next few weeks.The sensors are easy to add to your network. You simply open the app, scan the QR code on the sensor, name it, assign a room and you’re done. Sensors are all hyper-responsive and battery life is incredible. The range is likewise great. My farthest sensor is in a chicken coup behind a huge barn several hundred feet away from the Yolink hub. Reception is still great.The automation options built-in are good. There’s room for improvement. For instance, I have a temperature sensor in my office that turns on an AC plug to my air conditioner. The only triggers I can use from my thermometer sensor are high and low temp alert. I define high temp as 75 and so AC kicks on at that threshold. That works well. But I want the air conditioning to turn off at another threshold, say 70 degrees. I would have to define my low temp alert as 70 in order to make that happen. That doesn’t really work for me for several reasons. I’d like to have a heater that kicks on at 55 degrees, for instance. I could do this with two sensors but that seems wasteful. So I’m looking to integrate with ITTT (If This Then That) service to do more finely grained automation. I think it’ll work.Even though the built-in automation isn’t quite there yet, the hardware is so rock solid and awesome that Yolink gets my highest recommendations.

YoLink makes quality products. I bought this temperature/ humidity data sensor for my home. It has worked flawlessly and has lived up to all that was represented by YoLink. It really is a nice product that woks very well with their phone app. Recommend this product to anyone who would like to track the temperature and humidity either inside or outside of their home. Yo Link has great support if needed and answered all my questions I have several of these products throughout my house, and cannot complain one bitIf you need to see the actual temperature and humidity this is a great unit and is accurate
