Everytime you move your hands go to Keyboard..to write something the keyboard lights Up..Kind of Neon Blue..Amazing..when you done the lights go off..8 gis Of Ram..Opens fast on Boot..Lots of space for music and ..videos..No major scratches or marks on it..Has 1 HDMI port and 2 USB ports..So you can hook it up to your big screen TV....It Is 1080..hd Screen..No Issues whatsoever..I am debating on whether I should zorder another one..It comes With a Note on all issues checked for top working Condition....Thank you Seller!!For the price.. I needed a decent laptop for personal training and research for a new position at work. I don't need huge bells and whistles, simply something that can handle online PLC training for automation and instrumentation, rugged enough that it can handle a manufacturing environment, and cheap enough that it won't pinch too much if something gets damaged or becomes unusable. This little guy checked the boxes that were key for me.So it is only a dual core processor, but it is perfectly adequate for running PLC programs from the popular eclectrical controls manufacturers. This won't do a lot of multitasking, but if your needs are simple like popping a PDF reader, running office programs, and browsing the internet then this will do exactly what you need. You will not be rendering or displaying intensely detailed 3D renders.The packaged RAM and SSD are adequate for minimal needs, but as Windows 10 has bloated over time 8GB of RAM is pretty much a minimum to run just the system, let alone a couple of tabs in Chrome. RAM is currently pretty dirt cheap, so my immediate upgrade was to slap in 32GB of RAM and to clone the system drive to a 500GB NVME drive. The upgradability of the SSD is somewhat murky; Dell literature indicates that the maximum supported size is 512GB, but other reviews indicate that a 1TB SSD will work. That'll be an experiment for a later date.The screen size is perfect for my intended purposes, but this isn't a device to stream high quality video or anything. I do not have any dead pixels or burn-in of images on any portion of the screen.The keboard is your typical chiclet style keyboard, and it is perfectly responsive for the most part. I just noticed while writing the review that the directional keys are a little sticky and unresponsive, but I may be able to disassemble and clean them at a later time.While doing my initial upgrades, with the cover removed, I noticed that the battery looks relatively new and is rated as 62Wh which is a newer style of battery. I'm working off battery to write this review, and it seems to have a reasonable power draw, indicating a remaining 9hrs of this level of use.Wireless technologies seem to be working just fantastically. It connected instantly to my 5Ghz mesh router system. Bluetooth is 4.1, so it isn't the most modern available, but it connects just fine to my phones, speakers, and mobile mouse.Cosmetically, there are no major dings or damages to any portion of the machine. There are some wear marks here and there, but it is a refurb and totally expected. This isn't a showpiece to display and show off at the local coffee bar, it's to do work at my workplace in a fairly rough environment.As of this moment, I am thrilled with everything that I received. If there is anything negative that develops over time, I will return and update the review accordingly.
