A tad sweet but it really takes you there - Italy I mean! Once you get the knack of keeping it on the boil for up to 30 seconds - you will end up with a thick chocolaty drink, that put Cadbury and the like to shame, TIP; make sure you use a big enough saucepan and make sure its non stick!

Yummy! It's treaky to make as the chocolate stick to the pan but it is delicious..no need to add sugar..I bought it as I have been missing the hot chocolate from Italy when I went on holiday
