Perfect for my daughter
My kids go thru earbuds like crazy...Some break in a couple days, some get lost and so on.What really attracted me to these at first was just how pretty they are! They are a cute metallic pale pink and white with frosted earbuds that look very fashionable & modern which is a must when it comes to teens.I also purchased these because of the no tangled feature they have, this helps her a lot as the other pairs she has had have always got tangled up in her bag. disappointing quality, especially as sound is good
Initiated a refund as both volume control buttons would decrease the sound. I continued occasional use (3x a week max) to be able to review it and see if it was worth purchasing another. Not sure if i'm still eligible to return it anymore as the quality deteriorated in every way possible that volume control is no longer the main issue. The sound was good, not completely noise cancelling like others have said, but good enough for me. There was a strange crackling noise during silences or low volume moments, which was one of the first things I noticed. Ear buds were sturdy and stayed in place, but bulky to the point they hurt if you wore them lying down or for prolonged periods. The cable is made of a rubber type material - it seemed to stretch(!?!?) and turned grey within a few days.I think I only managed to get two weeks worth of use out of them before they died. It stopped letting me skip songs and started pausing my music randomly. Not long after it refused to emit any proper sound - and I say "proper" because after frantically fidgeting with my phone thinking there was a problem with the port, it started playing a sped up, high pitched (think chipmunk) version of my music lol.

Looks pretty and comfortable in my ear
UPDATE - Dootech have had amazing customer service and sent me a great replacement! Following my review (below), they contacted me to ask if I'd like a free replacement. They sent it promptly and have followed up - and it's great. Very happy now, and happy to recommend.Looks pretty and comfortable in my ear, but broke really quickly. I fixed one break (superglued the pink cover to the jack), now another break is starting to appear (cable is tearing close to the sound controls). Would recommend this product, only if you don't put strain on the cable (for example, put it in a pocket or purse).

Good product
Great for the price. Playing music at its loudest does sound a little tin-like but I’m not fussed. I wanted it for phone conversations which it performs well - clear sound. Like the quick functions on the buttons. Ear buds are a bit odd as it’s not the standard shape but stays in my ears reasonably. Overall happy with the product and would order again. Also comes with spare buds which is handy.

Need to improve the design - looks good but not practical
Good product that looks good but design has to be improved - the speaker is too far from the mouth meaning your conversation may not be clear ;whenever I spoke with someone they kept on saying they could not hear me well until I moved the speaker closer to my mouth which is uncomfortable and actually defies the use of headphones for conversation.Given this design flaw and price I would not purchase again.

Great design and so far so good but there is one problem. I bought it for my iPhone 7 and I have to use an audio adapter as the iPhone 7 does not have an earphone jack plug anymore. These earphones do not seem to be fully compatible with the apple audio adapter because I can use the volume control which is definitely annoying.

I just got it today and oh my lord! IT IS AMAZING! My teen daughter broke her headphones so these earphones were meant to be a temporary fix but she isn't letting go of them! It is a little bit buggy but after restarting her iPad, it was all okay.

good sound quality, which is what matters
These look well made and good value for money. Ear buds fit in the ear well and when properly seated, provide clean sound with no hiss. Mic for telephone picks up voice clearly; no hiss on Skype/voip, but hiss on inbuilt sound recorder (may be a feature of the app itself). Sound quality for radio/music (Jazz Radio and TuneIn) is clear, with sufficient base to avoid treble overload. Easy volume control. These replace the phone functionality of the phablet. The manual comes with a nice message from the company making it and I am pleased to tell them they make product that brings joy.
