First of all, the delivery was by Amazon Logistic and it took two failed attempts with a total of two days of delay and a lot of misadvising from the Contact Centre, with me uselessly waiting for the parcel as advised by the Customer Advisor, having to stay over time at my work address. Secondly I finally received the procuct, excellent material I must say and fitted very snuggly and precisely, however the colour is way lighter than the picture on the grey version, almost white, and also the cutouts are completely different from the picture: the camera and the flash are not separate cutouts, and it is just a huge hole to include camera and flash, the cutouts for the speakers down the bottom are not having individual holes corresponding to the iPhone, but they're just two big cutouts. Very disappointed to be honest, I am returning the item.E D I T :As soon as I posted my review a member of the team Johanna from the Totallee Customer Support wrote me an email immediately.She explained me that I had probably received an old version of the case and that the product now looks exactly like in the picture.She then offered me to choose in between a refund or an exchange WITHOUT EVEN THE NEED OF ME RETURNING THE WRONG CASE that I could keep in the meantime I waited for the right one, free of charge! That is something you don't see offered very often and an example of excellent customer service!I chose to receive a replacement as I was satisfied with materials and fit and I think that with that great design combined it'll be a very good case for me.After the amazing after sale support from Johanna and the team I would strongly recommend to purchase from these guys! I bought the white version and absolutely loved it when I put it on my phone. It looked really smart and complemented the design of the phone unlike some of the larger, clunky cases. However, after only two days of use it is completely covered in deep scratches which make it look untidy. After a few weeks I think it will look pretty scrappy and need to be replaced, and it’s not cheap enough to be a throwaway item. I did say to myself ‘well, at least it’s the case and not the phone’, but actually I looked over my old case (which I’ve had for over a year) and there’s barely a scratch on it, so I think it’s more to do with the material used on these just not being particularly durable. Such a shame as the design is otherwise great.

I recently upgraded from a white iPhone 5C to a matt black iPhone 7. I found the iPhone 7 was really slippery to hold, so I was looking for a thin case just to add some extra grip.This case does the job, it’s very thin, fits very well, and adds grip.I always liked the look of my iPhone 5C so I ordered the ‘jet white’ colour and now have a convincing white ‘iPhone 7C’, which looks really good.The fit on the case is so good that any defects are more noticeable than they might be on other cases, and mine did have a tiny nick in the rim, not big enough to ask for a replacement, but a testament to how well the cases fit that I could notice such a small defect.

The good: The fit of this case is really really good IMO. A very snug fit and it didn't add much to the thickness of the phone at all. The finish was pretty good too being nice and shiny, almost metallic looking. If you have a black iPhone and want to fake the look of the Jet Black version, then this is the case to go for. The packaging was also top notch, with the case inside a zip-lock style bag which was in turn inside a box which was in turn inside Amazon's own packaging. There was even a little card inside the box saying that the case was carefully packaged and inspected by someone whose name I can't decipher from the squiggle of their signature.The bad: The person whose name I can't decipher from their signature missed the three scuff marks on the back of the case - one underneath the camera, one by the mute switch and one about an 1.5" below the power button. The scuffs are all roughly about 3x2mm in size and are quite noticable. Also this case, very much like the naked Jet Black iPhone 7, will show up any scratches over time.Overall I would recommend this case, if you can overlook any potential blemishes that may be present on the case.EDIT - What can I say about Totallee's customer service except that it is utterly brilliant! About 3 days after posting this review, Totallee reached out to me and offered a replacement case or refund without the need to send the original case back. I opted for a replacement case, and the replacement is absolutely perfect. This time it came with a protective film on the back and there were no traces of any blemishes or scuffs whatsoever. A big thank you to Totallee for excellent customer service, which has resulted in me upgrading the review from 3 to 5 stars. You have gone above and beyond to ensure that you have made a customer very happy and that is what will generate repeat custom. I will certainly order from Totallee again.

Disappointed. I really want to give this 5 stars... I really do. However, my case has arrived with a tiny split on the bottom right hand corner. I am worried that this could split even further over time, so for £18.99 I would say that this is very over priced for something that will likely break in a matter of weeks as the case is so thin.The positives is that it looks great and if you want to have your jet black iPhone look like it doesn't have a case while protecting the back from scratches then it is perfect. However, I am unsure yet how protective it is likely to be if you were to drop your phone.I will be messaging the seller next about the split in the case.EDIT: The seller got back to me quickly and arranged to send a replacement out ASAP, which was in perfect condition. Customer service was friendly and looked to put right the issue without complicating the process.
