We ordered three curtain tracks. They were made to our measurements and shipped very quickly. We had trouble installing the first track and Ajay helped us through it personally. It became apparent there was a fault, but Ajay was available right into the evening for us to ask questions and the other two tracks were installed without any problems.The replacement track was sent out at a date convenient for us and the courier collected the faulty track.I have the tracks set up on my HomeKit Apple automation app and they are working brilliantly. I can easily open and close the curtains from my wheelchair as well as pre-programme them to open and close while I am away from the house.Really can't recommend Ajay and the company Ajax enough. they have been brilliant throughout and I will be purchasing more from them as and when I need more in the future.

I saw this product and thought it may be ideal as I suffer from restricted growth and have problems closing and opening curtains. I fitted them and have not looked back. Absolutely brilliant ! They function flawlessly, especially when operated through Alexa.The help offered by their support team, in particular a very nice man called Ajay. Well done and 100 out of 10.

brought this for our daughter who is a wheelchair user it was on her wish list. Brilliant installed yesterday by my husband appears to be working well at the moment. Our daughter is so pleased we are considering getting another one for her front room. contacted by company to check measurement's day after order, could not have been more helpful. Never write a review but felt I needed to do as my daughter and us are very happy

Remember to add 20-30cm for the curtain (it's wider than a normal track). Comes with "L" shape brackets for fixing to the wall. In my case - no wall. Had to devise a way of fixing to ceiling. Once up - excellent. Use Alexa to open/close at dawn/dusk automatically as well as on command. Would highly recommend. Just make sure you account for the width of the curtain when open.

These are so cool. I highly recommend.Curtain track + smart adaptor provided by Ajax plus a wifi smart plug thrown in too gets you up and running.I now have curtains that open automatically at sunrise and close at sunset as well as manual/remote control or even voice with Alexa.if you want the curtains to draw back level with the edge of the window recess you need to fit on the outside of the recess and allow extra for the curtain stack width on each side. Although we allowed 20cm extra each side it wasn't enough and the curtains encroach into the the recess. I should have added 31+41cm (measured from track end to edge of curtain stack) to my recess measurement of 115cm. Obviously you need to check you have the space for the total length.If you search for 'Electric Curtain Track System Measuring Template' there are some guides for similar products which I wish I had used.

Easy to set up and I want all my rooms to have smart curtain tracks installed. Works great with my Alexa smart speaker. All I have to do is ask Alexa to open my curtains. It's like having my own servant. I'm living my best life.

I thought this was an excellent product however it is not perfect.I ordered a 2m rail, which I thought would be 1 length but it comes in 2 lengths. The joiner in the middle is quite cumbersome and is also a different colour to the actual rail.Also, please be aware that if you order the controller as well then this controlled by a USB plug but it needs to be plugged in to a proper USB plug that sits in a smart plug otherwise it will not work. I had USB sockets built in to my socket but are unable to use them. You therefore require 2 sockets to use the curtains, one for the motor & another for the controller.otherwise really pleased with the product
