very accurate. suffer quite bad with my bladder and get UTI's alot. so I got these to try help me decide when I need to either take cystitis sachets or see my doctor for antibiotics. These actually saved me a trip to my doctor and a course of antibiotics. I managed to catch the cystitis in time and flush it out my system. I have added a picture. The top strip (the lightest strip) is when I was experiencing all the symptoms of cystitis and the bottom strip in the picture (the darkest strip) is after I had completed the 6 sachets of cystitis over the counter meds which dilutes the acid in your wee. (also drank plenty of water to flush out the infection) I was back to normal wee with no sign of infection. I also did see my doctor to have this confirmed.disclaimer - I am not a doctor and please make sure you don't self diagnose and just use these strips to handle medical issues, UTI's can turn nasty with complications so please always see your doctor, I just wanted to purely state how well these strips perform and I did have it confirmed by my GP that my UTI was gone but I did need to come back for antibiotics if I got symptoms for the second time.Hope I can help, have a wonderful day/night all x
