A1CNow SELF CHECK AT-HOME HbA1c SYSTEM

I followed the instructions VERY carefully and on the first test got an error code. I tried again and got another error code. Not happy about this particularly as the box does not contain any information about errors or how to avoid them. I repeat I did follow the instructions contained to the letter but it did not work either time. I seached online and found very little help there, found the cause of the first error but not the second.

Good advice.I spoilt the first test. My fault.I did not fully push the raw sample properly into the mixing phial.AND I left the sample in the measuring bit too long AND I did not wait for the sample message to appear.I suggest very slowly reading and testing the instructions before EACH use. Then it will work.Also. This is exactly the same test as used my diagnosticians for a quick and accurate result.My only comment is that in the USA you can buy a 10 test kit for about the same price as the 2 test UK kit.Finally ...if you buy a 10 test kit keep in a sealed plastic bag in a fridge, leave to warm up for an hour before using. The tests only remain good at room temperature for about 120 days and you probably don't need to test yourself more than once every two months.Do all that ....it can be a fiddle if like me you tend to be impatient.....and you will get a result which is as accurate as a home test can be.Really finally. Im just a layperson. My views may not be accurate and you should check them out.
