Recommended, fantastic for what it is - a portable speaker
Really great little speaker. For it's size the quality and volume are incredible, as as others have said the battery life is amazing.I'm always surprised about how critical people are of the sound quality of small units like this, and it makes it very difficult to choose something. Half of people will review and say "amazing sound quality, great bass" the other half "terrible sound quality, awful base". Let me try and clear it up with this speaker, as someone that cares about how music sounds...10w is pretty impressive for such a small speaker, and the volume is pretty staggering. It is not difficult to turn it up to be way too loud for a standard home setting, and works great outdoors. There is little distortion even at the higher volumes, but the unit itself does start to vibrate which can cause some audible noise on a hard surface - only with the volume too high though. The bass is fine, but not incredible, nothing is lost listening to most tracks only Drum and Bass fans will be disappointed. The overall sound quality is very good and more than suitable to listen to music while cooking, taking to the beach or at a BBQ. Is it the best quality speaker man has conceived and does it give the most incredible audio performance? No. because it's a 10w portable, waterproof, bluetooth speaker costing £30. If you need a 10w, portable, waterproof, bluetooth speaker, and have around £30 to invest I would recommend this one happily. It looks great, sounds fine and has a great battery.

An Excellent Speaker Which I Definitely Recommend
This was bought for me as an early birthday present and I went for it after a good few weeks of searching and looking at reviews. If there is one thing I did find difficult with it, it's the micro SD card slot. Trying to get the micro card out can be quite fiddly, but I do have another speaker where the micro SD socket is more easier to manage. The sound is good for such a small speaker and you get excellent stereo, too. The volume is much better than the Anker Soundcore Mini on Bluetooth and, what a surprise - it paired with my Blaze EZ media player straight away. The Anker Soundcore Mini didn't do that when I got it. As only one speaker at a time will work with Alexa, I swap them over on the app as necessary, depending on which one I'm using. I've also got it working with my echo dot. For a blind person, it can sometimes be slightly formidable when you get a speaker, as you wonder how to find the various buttons, so below, I've included some information as to how to locate them.Once you have charged it (to do this, you need, with your finger, to gently remove the rubberized seal which, if the speaker's flat on a surface with the buttons on the top facing away from you, can be found on the right edge of the speaker), you're ready to get started. It took just over three hours for me to charge mine. Feel the top edge, where, towards the left, you will find the buttons. The one on the extreme left is the power button, which is a circular one and you need to hold this down for a few seconds until it comes on. There is no tone to alert you of this. The next button is somewhat smaller and is the button you use to answer calls. The next button which, like the power button, is circular, switches the radio on when pressed and also, when pressed again, takes you back to Bluetooth mode. The final two buttons which are in the form of an arrow, are the skip back/decrease volume (short press for decrease and long press for skip) and the final button is the skip forward/increase the volume (short press for increase volume and long press for skip). As mentioned, the seal covers the sockets, so once you have gently turned this with your finger, you'll find, with the right edge facing upwards, the auxiliary socket at the top, then below that, the charge socket. To the left of this is the micro SD socket. Once it has been charged, as it works for around 24 hours, you shouldn't need to charge it for some days, depending on how often it's used, so just gently turn the seal around and press the left hand side back in if you have it standing with the right edge facing upwards. You also need to long press the power button again to turn it off.The speaker is small enough to put into a suitcase or bag to take away with you, so if you want a good speaker with good battery life, you can't go wrong with this one.

Better than I expected, works as stated. Over 25 hours (and still going strong) playing time at my low volume.
Great speaker, lovely gold metallic finish, everything appears to be working ok.Radio is fantastic (and no aerial)Just charging it for first time, so not sure how long charge has lasted, will know more later.UPDATE ...Ok so I checked the play time and guess what ! It’s all lies ! The wave P3 does NOT last for 24 hours ...i’m Up to 25 hours and its STILL playing. Lol. Ok, so I don’t run it loud, more background musak, but even so, fantastic ...the 5 stars stay (in fact I would give it 5 * + if possible). At under £30 well worth it.Second Update ...it lasted 32.5 hrs before needing a charge !!! But beware I dont use the Bluetooth so that may have a power usage effect. But playing through 3.5 phono and micro sd card at normal (fairly low volume) it lasts forever (well 32.5 hrs)

This speaker in my opinion is absolutely fantastic! Small
I'm not normally a review writing type of person, but I feel that I would be doing an Injustice to this little Bluetooth speaker if I didn't. So here goes. This speaker in my opinion is absolutely fantastic! Small, great sound quality and super good looks. If I had paid £50 for this item instead of 20 I would not of batted an eyelid. Build quality is excellent, battery life is the best I've experienced and the sound quality is superb for a speaker of its size, far better in fact than really expensive speakers I have brought over the years. If you are looking for a speaker to cave the walls in don't bother. But if you are looking for a elegant, petite speaker to listen to the finer music in life then you cannot go wrong. It also as FM radio which is really good considering it as no antenna as such, but reception of the major stations is no problem. All in all a really good BT speaker and for the money I promise if you are thinking of buying this you will not be disappointed.
