Hi, Ryan. Yes they do. I use this system to provide (pass-through) Freeview from the aerial and the output from a Freesat box (into the Scart) to a TV in the kitchen. Just select a suitable channel for the Scart signal to be viewed. Hope this helps! Dave.

Q: Is this an analogue or digital signal. i.e. would it work with a tv that has digital only receiver?

Digital modulators, ie. the sort which output a signal like a Freeview signal, cost hundreds of £s. This is only an analogue modulator, as are all in this price range, and output a signal equivalent to the old analogue TV transmissions.However, many modern digital TVs also have an in-built analogue receiver, so you should check the settings of your TV to see if it does after all have the ability to receive analogue signals as well as digital.The LED display on this modulator will show the frequency/channel on which it is outputing the analogue signal, and you should change the channel if necessary to find an interference-free part of the spectrum (as determined by looking at the analogue channels on your TV with an aerial plugged in. Since analogue transmission has been switched off and gone over to digital in most parts of the UK now, most analogue channels should now be free to use). Then connect the RF output of the modulator to the aerial socket of your TV, and tune your tv to the channel shown by the modulator. If the TV hasn't quite locked on to the signal, fine-tune the TV until the picture quality is optimum.

Q: Can i use one on the scart output of stb and through coax to the second then feed a scart input to a tv

Sorry, this question is hard to understand."Through coax to the second" what? And feed a scart input to a TV from what socket on what device?This device has an analogue rf output (via an aerial coax lead) and also a Scart output socket, if that helps.
