but my nails are stronger and look better too, was actually surprised it does what it ...
I dye my hair alot and had got very breakable and incredibly dry, had no volume and looked dead, started taking these and withing 3/4 days noticed not only less breakage in my hair and is less dry and looks alot healthier, but my nails are stronger and look better too, was actually surprised it does what it say, considering it's quite affordable too

Great product at a great price!
My daughter started using Biotin to combat hair loss after illness. She knew I was worried about my experience of thinning hair due to being menopausal. She shared a few month's supply with me and I have to say I was so delighted with the results, I have now purchased my own supply! I have noticed a definite reduction in the number of hairs on my pillow, after showering and in my hairbrush after brushing. My hairdresser says my hair looks healthy! it seems to reverse gray hair!
i dyed my hair in may, now in novemebr i dont dye again cos there is no gray? how is that even possible?

Rubbish
Bought these as they seemed a good bargain. Unfortunately they didn't make any difference unlike the ones from I normally buy from a well known health shop. They made my hair brittle and did nothing for my nails
