I will very rarely write a review on amazon, but I feel I have to with this book. This book literally saved my husband and I as first time parents! I will recommend this to anyone who is pregnant or wants to be a parent.Our beautiful daughter arrived and turned our world upside down, we had no clue what we were doing. The advise in the happiest baby made us feel we weren't crazy, bad parents, or had some miserable baby. The tips given work, and our baby is thriving and sleeping and most importantly quick to calm.I will be buying the happiest toddler book that is for certain!

It’s a good book, simply written and contains a lot of useful information. Not everything in this book worked with my baby, but nonetheless was very helpful in learning the techniques to calm the baby down.

Excellent advice in this book. Make sure you buy proper large square swaddling cloth to get the most out of the techniques. I bough 44" swaddles made out of muslin and they were perfect.

Good book with plenty of advice.

I gave birth on the 27th of april and i have practised all the 5's mentioned in the book. The baby is now in his nearly 3rd week and he already had a good sleep routine. I really recommend you this book. In my case, worked miracles.

Five ‘s’s are very effective at calming a crying baby. We still don’t swaddle for sleep but the method is flexible.

I started this book and soon got bored of the repetitive information. I understand a lot of time has gone into the research of causes of colic and suggestions for calming fussy babies but I felt there was a lot of repetitive information around it. There was no need for that many chapters repeating the same information on ways to calm your baby.

Lifesaver book! Every new parent should read it before their little wonders arrive. Tried methods from it and they all worked with our son. Our days are much more peaceful now!
