Love this!
Such a great set to have for home workouts. You can customize the weight/resistance amount. I also find that if I modify some things it works for so many more workouts without needing additional equipment.

Good tool
I enjoy having this set as part of my Pilates routine. It was very easy to assemble and works great. You can look up exercises to target each part of your body with just this one tool. It is a little bulky to store and I would like to be able to more easily adjust the straps to create more tension.

The bar and bands itself are fine. They’re pretty long telling. I’m only 5 foot 2 so it doesn’t really work to do certain things like the image shown as there is zero resistance since I’m too short to use my legs and the bar together. If you can connect it something sturdy it works though!

Good Workout
I like it because you can use it for a variety of fitness exercises. I wish it came with more resistance bands, but you can pick up what you need typically from any store that sells fitness items to add to it. Great purchase overall and it's become a part of my normal routine!
