4/13/18 I bought this to help the decay on my 18 month old breastfed sons front teeth. I will update with pictures when the bottle is gone and will say whether or not Im buying another bottle. Im giving 5 stars right now because the taste isnt as bad as everyone says it is. I DO NOT eat any kind of fish or seafood - I just dont like it and I can handle the taste. I tried a taste before i gave it to my son just to see.. so I read online you can heal tooth decay with this and a raw diet so thats what ive been trying to do with my son. He has a lip tie also so I believe thats why he has the decay. I have 4 other children without the lip tie who also were bottle not breast fed and all stop the bottle at 1 yr. He is now weaned since seeing the dentist and confirming it is decay. In 2 days it will be a week ive been using it. I took before pictures and will take another set at a month. My son takes a tsp. Everyday also just for measurement. I warm it up and put it in a medicine syringe and give it to him. HE DOES NOT LIKE IT AT ALL. Thats all for now!

Ok, where to start?I had some pretty severe dental decay with hot/cold pain and after 6 months pain enough to make me see a dentist. What he offered was unacceptable to me so in desperation i looked into nutritional healing. I'm guessing a lot of you have similar stories.I found Ramiel Nigel's book on healing tooth decay and it lead me to FCLO and the only maker of it, Green Pastures.Incredible results! Pain gone within an hour, sensitivity gone permanently...Then a few months later i had a couple of questions for Ramiel and looked for him online.. It turns out he died shortly before i found his book, at 38 of a rare type of cancer that generally only effects children. This guy was a health nut!I kept researching and discovered that another heavy user of FCLO since it's creation in 2006, Ron Schmid also died last year of heart failure, a condition he connected to the FCLO.Going deeper still i discovered that Kaayla Daniels, previous vice president of the Weston A Price foundation did a lot of research on FCLO, including sending samples to labs to be tested. The results:That burning aftertaste FCLO gives you, that is the taste of intense rancidity. The thing with fish oils is that like all poly unsaturated oils, they are very sensitive to heat, light and air. Most reputable CLO companies will ensure that the oil is never heated or exposed to light or air. Some have red light facilities with nitrogen gas used in the processing room, and most strive to limit the time from catching the fish to bottling it.What Dave Wetzel at GP appears to do (although none of us deserve to know what he does, in his opinion) is import livers of Alaskan pollock (not cod) in barrels and then leaves them to rot in opaque vats for many months, in a green house so he can say he doesn't heat them. This is a traditional method of making CLO, but of the lowest grades used for paint and industrial processes, to say he invented it and sell it for human consumption is just wrong, in my book.Then there are the ridiculous levels of fat soluble vitamins claimed by Ramiel and the WAPF. It turns out that Wetzel uses a lab in california, UBE analytical and they are known for finding incredible levels of vitamins in foods, levels which other labs do not find in the same foods.The report is called "hook line and stinker".So it turns out FCLO is not just foul tasting, it is also very bad for your long term health.But what about the health benefits many of us have noticed from using FCLO, like my dental remission?I believe such benefits can be achieved without the dangers of FCLO and for less money as the dosage can be reduced with a non fermented (rotted really as oils can't ferment) CLO as the good ones actually have far more vitamins then FCLO.So what do i recommend? A virgin cod liver oil, one with 48 hours or less boat to bottle time, cold extracted and with vitamin E added to retard rancidity. Something tested for heavy metals and other contaminates by an independent body, something clear and tasting like fresh fish, and certainly from actual cod.The VCLO I know of are Nutrapro, Dropi and Rositas, all of which are cheaper than green pastures, although there must be many others.I hope this is useful...

The product arrived packaged very well. It was wrapped in brown paper, put in a very sturdy tube, and then packaged in a box with air cushions. I tried very hard to like this product, however I couldn't get past the awful taste. The added chocolate flavor only made it worse. I tried it with orange juice as others suggested, tried it with milk, even tried dissolving in heated milk, but gagged everytime....just terrible. I bought the cinnamon and unflavored and both taste better and are easier to get down than this chocolate flavor. I also have the capsules which are great, very easy to swallow and no after taste. But I needed the gel for my 2 year old son. I thought the chocolate flavor would be easier for him but neither of us could stomach it no matter what we tried.

Helps with cavities! Gave to my two year old everyday and his cavities were healed. No dental work needed!

Received this item today. I opened it and it had leaked a tiny bit but that is nothing because it is oily. My problem is that the ad said it was 8.1 oz and the product I received was 6.4 ounces. That is not cool. Please advise on how to take care of this matter. I love the product but concerned about the amount I didn't receive.

Came in a bottle smaller than advertised and was leaking and spilled all over, seal was broken.

Ordered this for one of my teenage sons to help with strengthening teeth, hopefully preventing more cavities, based on some research that suggests it might help. He still, even at age 15, refuses to swallow any kind of capsule or pill, so all of our supplements have to be things he can either chew or drink lol. I figured that if he decided he hated the taste, I would probably end up finishing the bottle instead of him. Well, he actually thinks the taste is fine, and has been taking this daily, with no prompting from me, along with a liquid multi-mineral we ordered as well. Much too soon to tell if this oil/butter will help with his teeth, but it's good for health in general. I have tasted this myself and it tastes like cocoa/unsweetened chocolate (the aftertaste as well). It's dense and remarkably creamy at the same time - texture is surprisingly pleasant (and we keep it refrigerated so it's almost like a cold chocolate dessert of some kind minus the sweetness). No fishy taste. No fishy burps. Very well packaged - the bottle arrived arrived sealed in a nice cardboard tube that I can probably re-use for something else. Fast shipping!
