- The lights are great.- It fits my big head or helmet, the elastic is plenty long enough as it has room for expansion, offers a strong & secure fit.- Battery life is good for the 'light on time' as well as brightness throughout, I've seen 5hours while changing between the modes when I didn't need distance.- It's got some heft, not lightweight due to the battery pack. Definitely a worthwhile tradeoff for the battery life it offers. (I'm sure you could get some better batteries and make it last even longer.)- It's construction could be a little better but it's lightweight where it can be.More than happy with mine, I even got a second!(For the batteries more than anything.)

Very good and very powerful

The light is unbelievably bright and covers a large areas, and I love all the different settings. It's surprisingly lightweight, but maybe makes it feel a bit cheap? I'm still working out all the settings but like the sensor, however it is very sensitive so flicks on and off a lot. I used it for an hour and a half last night from fully charged, and it used 40% of the battery, so believe I'd need to charge it after every other use.

The media could not be loaded. Not very experienced with head torches but for the money I paid for this I am more than impressed, battery is more than long enough for a good long dog walk and it has just enough power to light up as much as I need to see the dog disappearing up front in to the dark ! The percentage display on the back is handy to. As a note if you need it on longer you can always connect it to a battery power pack in your back pocket 👍

Certainly all 8 leds are very bright and there's plenty of variation in all of them, but the old saying "less is more" certainly applies here. One wonders what the design brief was for such an idiosyncratic headlight. So: the first press is all 8 lights on. Pressing again reduces this to the centre 4 leds/lights with less brightness. Press again and it switches off. Press once more and the outer 4 leds illuminate to a 2 circle focal point with a dim outer. Press again, it switches to off. Press again and the 4 outer leds illuminate give once again a 2 circle focal point only this time its more dim. Press again and its all 8 leds on. Press again and it switches off. Press again and once again all 8 leds are on, press again and this time 2 frosted lens leds/lights illuminate to give a non focal point/general dim light (these frosted leds are in addition to the 8 leds). Press again and the frosted leds reduce in intensity (quite useless light). Press again and it switches off. Press again and the frosted leds light up, press again and voilla! the frosted lends turn red. Press again and it switches to off. Press again and the red frosted lights turn on, press again and the unit switces off, press again and the red lights flash. Press again and it off. Then you start the whole nonsense again.There's a percentage reaining on the rear of the headband which to be fair is useful.If used with the main 4/8 leds/lights configuration it'll illuminate for about 45 miutes.However in terms of performance a typical single led/light head torch gives slightly less intensity (I measured it with an analogue Weston light meter), a single light illumination spread is reduced by about 10% just. But the single light will last much much longer (I bought sewveral single light types on Amazon).In summary bright lights but poor execution & poor enduranace. Dysfunctional design methodoogy inotherwords; DAFT.
