Mancini Sweet Red Roasted Peppers, 29-Ounce (Pack of 4)

5 stars because the rest of the peppers were very good! The problem probably doesn't go here and it will probably be tossed back. When these were delivered, there were 2 4-packs that were shrink wrapped. One very small air pillow for packaging in a box that also included a 1500 ct. box of Sweet & Lo and a 16 oz jar of Coconut Oil. No other packaging and the box was ample. Before my husband opened the box, I noticed one corner was wet. Upon opening the box, it was apparent the liquid was from the peppers which you couldn't see where it was coming from at first. After taking off the shrink wrap, you could see that the seam at the lid had opened and the liquid had leaked out. It hadn't dried any and there were no lines on the box that had dried. The box was pretty well beat up and that corner where the peppers were had been opened. We sent this in to Amazon with pictures but have heard nothing. Was it the seller's fault? No Was it the fault of the person that packaged it up?? Yes Was it UPS fault for the treatment of their freight?? Yes It had to be a pretty hard knock to open a can.........so we ended up minus one.

Only received 2 of the 4 cans... not to mention for $45 and only 4lbs of peppers is asinine!! 1 of those 2 cans was already leaking from can. So I received 1.... ONLY, 1 (1 lb) can for $45 and no returns. I shop OFTEN on amazon but this was THE WORST I’ve ever received. BEWARE SIZE, if you actually receive the product, or if it’s not wasted product... DO NOT BUY

These are a good value and quite tasy however d'el ape are of better consistency and flavor. These are not as crisp as I would have liked.

The price is UNBELIEVABLE compared to the jarred one...i thought the peppers would either be " diced " or cut up in small piece, i was wrong!....they're exactly the same than the expensive one, except w/o the olive oil, they're packed in water...( which for me is preferable )I refuse to eat tomatos in the winter for obvious reasons.....canned tomatoes aren't bad, but these peppers are SENSATIONAL, so good-bye tomatos!they're roasted to perfection and great in a salad, an antipasto, and /or a soup /pasta sauce made in seconds w/my hand held mixer or a blender...scrumptious! .....luscious !....Did you know that red peppers contain more VIT. C than an orange ?....( twice the vit. C than green peppers, ) also very high in Vitamin A, B6, fiber etc.........In my book this qualifies as a " super-food! "..........i may never eat a tomato again...thank you Mancini !

The deal of the decade! I thought the small glass jars at Dollar Tree were a bargain, til I saw this. Cut some up, toss with pasta, olive oil, sliced olives, and slivers of chicken or good ham. Turn a sandwich into a gourmet treat. Excellent quality, cans packed full to the brim. with thick big red peppers. I have ordered three times and the quality has not varied. NOTE: I paid $15.96 for the pack of 4 from Amazon, will wait for it to hit near that price again to reorder. The $37 for 4 from Foodie is probably what you'd pay in a upscale store, & worth it if you're not on a tight budget or a cheapskate like me.

Love the peppers!!! In fact what's not to love about them!!! I cook them in olive Great productoil & garlic & put them over Italian Sausage Sandwiches!A little pricy, but oh so good!!!

Three of the four cans were damaged. The cans are dented and not good for consumption. Very disappointed 50.00 waste on money!
