Very good, the price seems to unscrew easy- I'm always tightening it so that's annoying, but I can hear heart sounds pretty clear. The clock is a good feature just takes time getting used to it. Since using a watch for so long.

I work in a busy Primary Care Office, and I take vital signs on nearly every patient. This stethoscope is great! It’s comfortable to wear around my neck all day, has superb acoustics and the built in clock is really helpful. I prefer this to my old Littmann. Highly recommend!

i didnt even know it's a watch/clock 😆 i thought it's just for seconds. lolhearing wise, works just like other stethoscope. it just doesnt have a bell.

This is my 2nd ne. I LOVE it. I will stick to this brand as long as they are available. Having the clock and second hand on the bell is amazing when taking vitals.

A really nice stethoscope, flexible tubing and nice addition of the clock (sacrifices the bell side for this). Good construction and quality - overall very pleased.
