I ordered the medium for my 19lb schnoodle and to me he has a tiny head, but the medium fits perfect couldn't be happier! You can't go wrong as long as you measure.

This is a poorly designed dog helmet. If you would have put an extra strap so one strap went in front of the dogs ear an one in the back of the ear. It would stay in place. With one strap it flops all over the place.

The helmet is sturdy & seemed well made. We purchased it for our English Bulldog but the size was way to small for his large head.There is a bone shaped padding on the top inside of the helmet to provide extra comfort.Would be great for smaller dogs.

Fits really well, but my Jack Russell is not loving it.. Maybe in time, he will love it too.

The ad said med. But this thing is so small it wouldn't fit a poodle. Waste of my money. Not worth spending more on return shipping.

Fit the dog fine b, but even with strap tight the minute she shook her head it went lop sided.

Took a little to get him to wear it - but everyone LOVED seeing him in his helmet and glasses for the parade ride.
