Beautiful porcelain teapot. Capacity is about 4 cups. I bought it in a moment of weakness; yes, I love teapots and do collect them, but I've never spent quite this much on a single teapot before. I think anyone who can ordinarily afford $300+ teapots will get a lot of pleasure from (and feel no guilt about) purchasing this one. It would make an exquisite wedding gift for a couple who make an occasion of taking tea. It is quite lovely and well made, carefully packaged for shipment, a work of art.
