Not bad for the price
The product is good for the money. My son doesn’t like cold food and this keeps food warm but not as warm as I would like it to be but it’s not bad either.

Doesn’t keep food hot at all!!
Hmm. Very disappointed. My food did not stay even warm after just two hours. It was literally cold! And the thermos was packed in the thermal case. And it wasn’t even that cold outside. I’m in Florida! 😏 Does t even este 1 star. Sorry!

Not as bad as the reviews say
I purchased this for my 2 older middle schoolers. I tried heating up the food and then packing it. Kept food slightly warm. Then tried boiling water and then heating it up like instructions say. Keeps food warm-ish. Will pack their lunch @ 7 am and after 4 hours it wasn’t cold like reviews say but it wasn’t steaming hot either. Good enough.

Kept Food Lukewarm
We got this so my daughter can have hot food for lunch since she hates school food. Well, this didn't keep the food as hot as we hoped. It was lukewarm by the time she ate, which was 4 hours since she put the hot food in.
