Great for dehydrating raw eggs.

They did arrive with an odd smell, but after ine handwash it was gone. Wr have dehydrated chili, porridge, and rice with chicken and beans. These have held up well and are easy to wash. They are flimsy (as to be expected) so we always handle the dehydrated food with the silicone mat still on the rack from the dehydrator.

I liked that these fit my Ivation Dehydrator perfectly and that I got 6 trays. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is I think the color brown is horrible. I made peach leather and it was very hard to see where it needed to be cleaned with the brown color. A lighter color would have been much better for cleaning. As for use, they are great. They have about a 1/4" lip and the fruit leather pulls off easily. I would still buy again even if they were still brown :)

These work exactly as I expected. They fit perfectly, and I always keep one beneath the bottom rack of the dehydrator to catch debris. They bend easily, so keep that in mind.I used these with pureed mixed fruit to make fruit leather in my dehydrator. They are the perfect depth for it; just make sure you spread the puree evenly. Take your time. Somehow, I got it perfect my first try, so it can't be too hard. After it was finished, the fruit leather easily separated from the tray (didn't need any separating agent), and I was able to roll it up into healthy snacks I stored in mason jars with a 5 gram desiccant pack. They didn't last long!

These work great with my dehydrator for wet or sticky things like pork jerky or fruit rolls. Soft and flexible and easy to clean. Very durable and feel like they will last for a long time.
