When I first saw this bag on Amazon, I liked it because I needed a gold color bag and decided to purchase it even without any review as at then. However, I had to return it the same day it was delivered because I was so disappointed when I took out the purse, attached the chain strap and the hook fell apart when I put it on my shoulder to try it on. I gave it two star because the bag has a beautiful appearance and the purse would have been a go to. The body is nice and looks very expensive but the straps/hands are not reliable. Of what use is a bag without strong/firm straps. Don't be deceived by incentive/sponsored reviews. Thanks to Amazon for good customer service. I got a refund without delay.
